We will use your personal data where we need to perform a contract with you (eg a booking), to send you service information or request a review, where it is necessary for our legitimate interests, where you have asked us to, or where we need to comply with a legal obligation.

Sharing Your Personal Data

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining your trust, we do not use third parties to process the data we hold, nor will we sell any of your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We only share your data with third parties where it is necessary to do so.  This may include a veterinarian to enable the treatment of your pet, or, in accordance with the law when specifically requested by law enforcement agencies, environmental or public health bodies, HMRC etc
